I am a compassionate and collaborative psychotherapist who supports my clients with uncovering their innate emotional resilience and capacity for healing and growth. 

I believe healing happens most powerfully in connection, and I am honored to witness the profound growth and transformation that can emerge through therapy.

 

My approach:

My style is active, warm, and deeply engaged. I view therapy as a collaborative process, in which we work together to deepen self-awareness, identify and shift stuck patterns, and strengthen relationships, both with yourself and others, and align your actions with your values to create a life of greater balance, peace, and joy.

My approach is integrative and holistic, incorporating mind-body practices alongside research-based modalities such as Mindful Self-Compassion, Somatic (Body) Awareness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

Our work will begin with assessment and collaborative goal setting. It is important to me that I get to know you as a whole person—your strengths, passions, successes, and aspirations as well as what is feeling challenging and painful right now. In the sessions following, we will engage in insight, experiential, and action based work. I highly value your commitment and time, and I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic experience that is effective and supportive of the change you want to see.
