My approach is integrative and holistic; I weave together mind and body practices, drawing upon a number of research-based modalities including Mindful Self-Compassion, Somatic (Body) Awareness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
