Meet Rachel
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #125344), I am honored to support my clients with navigating life’s obstacles and finding new ways to live with more joy, balance, and peace.
I have an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco, a B.A. in Sociology from Whitman College, and have been working with clients since 2017.
As a biracial, multicultural therapist, I enjoy working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and ethnicities.
Outside of my work, I love hiking, dancing, cooking, writing, crafting, and spending quality time with my husband, toddler, and our dog.
